Delhi to Vaishno Devi is approximately 632 kms which may be not so easy to cover but it is a must visit. The holy shrine is located in the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir at a heights of 5200 feet. The small town Katra serves as the base camp for Vaishno Devi. Devotees are required to trek from Katra to the pilgrimage. For elderly and unfit people, helicopters and horse rides are available. Temple attracts maximum crowd between March and October.
